LYB Families, I hope this email finds you all healthy, and in good spirits.   In light of the recent news that the Shelter-In-Place (SIP) order is being extended through May 22nd, our hands are tied as to when we can physically return to the fields.  I can assure you that the 2020 season has NOT been cancelled at this time.  The LYB Executive Board of Directors continues to work behind the scenes, collaborating on a plan to deal with the implications from this COVID-19 pandemic.   First, the good news...

LYB Families, Our leagues governing body, Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken, is suggesting postponement or suspension of our local league's season in accordance with the state's public health department recommendations, and other county and/or local authorities including area school districts and government agencies.
